Leadership Academy 2012
The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to strengthen knowledge and understanding of the charism, core values and tradition of Mercy elementary and secondary education and to support those in leadership to fulfill their role in furthering the mission.
Persons attending have been newly appointed principals and presidents, department chairpersons, teachers, campus ministers, development personnel, and more. Some sessions afford an opportunity to meet by role in the school. At times persons experienced in education, but new to a Mercy school have attended. The program is for those who serve daily in the school.
The 2012 Leadership Academy will be held July 25-26, 2012 in Baltimore, MD.
