Tuition is paid directly by parents/guardians to the student's school and the school reimburses the Network for Mercy Education.

Access Fees: Blackboard, Inc. is the platform for Mercy Learning Online. The Network pays an annual license fee and each participating school pays an access fee to the Network . These fees are paid directly to the Network and the Network pays the provider.
