Pray

Dear Lord, we recall the words of Catherine McAuley who said, "Hurrah for foundations. They make the old young, and the young merry." Her house and her foundations were created as a response to her faith. We ask you to bless us with her courage that in our houses of Mercy, our schools, we may meet the challenges of each day, and be faithful to your call. Amen.

"We have one solid comfort amidst this tripping about...

Our hearts are always centered on God, for whom alone we go forward or stay back."
