Come to the Table includes a mentor program initiated by the Network for Mercy Education.
The program is designed to promote education and formation for emerging roles in sponsorship for Mercy education. 2-person Host teams host conference calls with their group of four to five persons. All prepare for the calls with reading and reflection on materials designed for each component of study.
In the 2011-2012 a number of new or nearly new Mercy administrators are participating in an administrator focused grouping.
